Welcome back to Xceleration. Today we’re tail-gating off our last video and talking some statistics released by professional services company Towers Watson. Reportedly, only 40 percent of employees said they saw a clear link between pay and performance.
….that’s crazy! Performance-based pay is one of the best ways to keep employees engaged and motivated in their work. Alright – we get that outside of the sales industry, it’s not all too common to pay commission, but one way to introduce this kind of incentive is through a points-based rewards program.
This way, employees need to produce certain results in order to earn points and be rewarded!
