The event production and marketing company Freeman was recently recognized for its superior call center customer service by J.D. Power and Associates.

The event production and marketing company Freeman was recently recognized for its superior call center customer service by J.D. Power and Associates.

It's the fourth year in a row that Freeman was honored by the Certified Call Center Program, which evaluates overall customer satisfaction at call centers within various industries.

As part of its evaluation from J.D. Power, Freeman had to successfully pass a detailed audit of more than 100 practices – including employee incentives.

Call center employees were evaluated on courtesy, knowledge and concern for the customer, promptness and their timely resolution of a problem or request.

Like Freeman, many companies see a direct correlation between employee incentives and motivation and determination to do well.

A points-based rewards program that offers workers flexibility in choosing their awards is also a great way for companies to acknowledge call center employees who go above and beyond customer satisfaction.
