The report noted that only a small number of businesses use predictive modeling that ties workforce data to organizational performance and then integrates the information into other platforms.

Companies can also use points-based reward program platforms to keep track of accomplishments and achievements, and then use that data to let top performers pick an award of their choice.

The report noted that companies are struggling to find ways to provide workers with the right amount of support.

Having the right type of rewards program in place will not only help support workers, but will also help encourage desired outcomes and behaviors while helping to eliminate unwanted ones.
